Date of Establishment:

Established October 28, 2005 by Ordinance No. 05-181 granting those special powers to the CDD as set forth in Section 190.012(1) and Sections 190.012(2)(a)(d) and (f), (except for powers regarding waste disposal) F.S. and Section 190-012(3)F.S. and by Ordinance No. 07-161 on November 16, 2007 expanding by 15.85 acres and contracting by 5.87 acres the boundaries and Resolution R-773-11 on October 14, 2011 which conveyed approximately five parcels of vacant land totaling 5.07 acres and Resolution 2019-04 on February 12, 2019 expanding by 7.5 acres.

The District is located in the eastern portion of Miami-Dade County in the State of Florida in Sections 19 and 24 of Township 56 South, Range 39 East, and is bounded on the west by S.W. 119th Avenue, on the north by S.W. 232nd Street, and on the east by S.W. 112th Avenue, and on the south by S.W. 242nd Street.

Water management system, sanitary sewer system, water distribution system, roadway improvements, public right-of-way and entrance feature improvements, pubic parks and open spaces.
